  Place the jewelry in its original packaging, including the certificate of authenticity and any protective pouches, to ensure the items are not damaged during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned jewelry to confirm its original condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
